True North allows for easy targeted profiles that focus on and reinforce specific behaviors or groups of behaviors. By emphasizing key behaviors, teams can move users towards more optimized habits, and therefore increasing the value to themselves and the organization.
True North provides instant visual feedback to how a user is performing against a business defined KPI. It captures what good looks like and then displays the user’s performance against that allowing managers and coaches to investigate further and help guide users to better outcomes.
True North allows for evaluation of user performance and metrics that cannot be calculated with out-of-the-box Salesforce reporting.
